This person could work from either Birmingham or Montgomery, AL
We are growing! This is a new full-time position with benefits. This person will work closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Filing tax reports as required by the individual states
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in each state
- Filing the necessary license information and reconciling surplus lines for numerous states (mostly, but not limited to Southeastern states)
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with insurance compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized, attentive to details with tracking and meeting deadlines
- Must enjoy working in a professional environment
