* Job Responsibilities:

**** Job Overview
** The
** Senior Financial Analyst
** plays a critical role in reviewing financial metrics, accounts, and processes to ensure compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. This position supports plant leadership by delivering accurate financial analysis, managing key programs such as the Steel Resale Program, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Finance.
** Roles & Responsibilities
*** Analyze financial statements, general ledger activity, and periodic financial results.
* Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
* Monitor and manage the
** Steel Resale Program**, serving as Finance liaison between OEMs and internal teams.
* Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support management decision-making.
* Support Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal financial controls.
* Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cross-functional finance support as needed.
* Participate in ad hoc projects to improve financial processes, controls, and efficiency.
** Education & Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s Degree in
** Accounting, Finance, or a related field
** required.
* ** 3–5 years
** of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Experience working with steel suppliers, OEMs, budgeting systems, or compliance audits is highly desirable.
* Advanced proficiency in
** Microsoft Excel**.
* Experience with integrated financial and manufacturing software systems.
* Ability to interpret technical and financial data.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
