Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

• Assist with the preparation and review of external financial reports, including SEC filings and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting processes, including drafting disclosures and footnotes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal finance teams and external auditors.
• Provide technical accounting research and recommendations as new standards and transactions arise.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• CPA license (or actively pursuing certification).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
