Credit Products Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist – CBG Operations
Regions Bank is looking for a Credit Products Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for all members of the Relationship Team and associated vendors. The role involves managing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing excellent client service while maintaining high quality and integrity.
Responsibilities- Drafts and reviews loan documentation ranging from simple to high volume or high complexity for commercial purpose loans in a multi-state environment
- Understands the risks associated with closing various types of commercial loans
- Obtains the necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan
- Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy
- Identifies potential issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirement and remediate prior to closing
- Communicates frequently with business partners throughout the closing process
- Complies with departmental performance level metrics
- Contributes to the formulation of plans to mitigate risks
- Understands the client’s needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues related to the extension of commercial credit
- Serves in a problem‑solving capacity by providing client service for loan products
- Addresses loan setup issues promptly to ensure system data integrity
- Partners with one (1) or more of the following segments:
Commercial Banking, Branch Small Business, Private Wealth, Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management - Supports Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management by ensuring loans are booked timely, disbursing loan proceeds in accordance with loan approval, and packaging loan documents
- May assist with the training of team members in areas such as loan documentation and compliance
The position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess ofierungen 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Four (4) years of related banking experience
- General knowledge of insurance requirements and other property due diligence necessary for real estate transactions
- General knowledge of syndicated transaction and the ability to collaborate with Capital Markets קצר and other lenders for agent and non‑agent deals if supporting Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Commercial Banking and/or Commercial Equipment Leasing Experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrates knowledge of commercial credit, regulatory (including BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, Flood Regulations) and documentation policies
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under time constraints
- Responds with a sense of urgency
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

CompensationThe compensation for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and engager performance. Pay can vary; the target range for the position is a median of $57,270.00 USD with a lower range of $46,750.00 USD. This role is not eligible for incentive pay.
