D365 Financial Analyst

Qorali are supporting a client searching for a talented D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Financial Analyst to join a growing organization undergoing significant digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands both finance operations and Dynamics 365 F&O and wants to play a key role in optimizing processes, improving reporting, and supporting continuous system enhancement.

You’ll act as the bridge between Finance
, IT
, and Operations
, ensuring the business gets maximum value from their D365 F&O investment.

• Support and enhance the Finance modules within D365 F&O, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank.
• Analyze financial processes and recommend improvements aligned with system capabilities and best practice.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs and build financial dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
• Assist with month‑end, year‑end, reconciliations, and financial close activities through system optimization.
• Support configuration changes, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in ongoing D365 F&O upgrades, new module rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX).
• Solid understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with Power BI
  , financial reporting tools, or data analytics (advantageous).
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train end users.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
