Annual Bonus

• Support evaluation and screening of acquisition opportunities
• Build and refine detailed financial models and forecasts
• Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of potential targets
• Assist with due diligence and post‑acquisition integration
• Prepare polished presentations and reports for executive leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong academic performance (3.5+ GPA preferred)
• Internship experience in accounting, finance, banking, or analytics
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
• Detail‑oriented, driven, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
