• Advise clients and be accountable for delivering high‑quality tax service and advice, playing a key role in growing KPMG's private client tax practice focused on ultra‑high net‑worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
• Review and provide analyses of complex individual income tax, gift, estate, and trust returns for ultra‑high net‑worth individuals and Family Offices.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to ultra‑high net‑worth families on matters related to current and forward‑looking tax considerations, legislative and regulatory changes, and other developments affecting such individuals and family offices.
• Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagement teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth, process improvements, and institutional knowledge of the Family Office tax practice.
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of talented tax professionals.

• Minimum eight years of ultra‑high net‑worth tax experience in an accounting or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, plus any additional credentials on KPMG's approved list. If a candidate does not possess at least one of the approved credentials at the time of employment, they have one year from hire to obtain it.
• Demonstrated track record of business development with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external client relationships and build new relationships with key targets.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams, and developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information.
