—is expanding their team and hiring an M&A Accounting Analyst to support their thriving business development function. What You’ll Do
- Partner with the business development team on evaluating target acquisitions
- Prepare detailed financial reports, pro forma financial statements, and forecasts
- Build and refine financial models to support deal evaluation and decision-making
- Analyze historical performance and future potential of acquisition targets
- Assist with integration planning from a financial perspective
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
