** THE JOB – SEASONAL ON-SITE VENUE MARKETER
** We are currently looking for an On-Site Marketing Representative for Coca-Cola Amphitheater in Birmingham, AL. This person, under guidance of the Region 4 Venue Marketing team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation’s on-site marketing efforts.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Create and post lively coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages
* Escort and manage media for each show in a professional, organized manner
* Respond to fans who message our pages with questions about the event they are attending
* Assist with keeping marketing posters/signage on-site up to date
* Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by Venue Staff including the Venue Experience Marketer and General Manager
* Work alongside the House Photographer to help assist in capturing great photos for social media pages as well as photos for other venue departments as requested
* Assits with the set up and managing Radio Partners on-site for select shows
* Maintain avaiability for all events throughout the 2026 season, including weeknights and weekends, with typical shifts running from late afternoons through late evenings
** WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
*** Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
* Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure setting
