- B.S. Degree in civil or biosystems engineering.
- Ability/desire to achieve professional licensure if unlicensed.

- Water and wastewater experience is preferred but is not required.
- Develop engineering studies, cost estimates, and design concepts for a broad range of water, wastewater, civil‑site, and stormwater projects.
- Develop design concepts and CAD drawings and work with CAD staff.
- Meet with clients to review and develop design concepts.
- Field/site visits during design and construction (1-2 days per week is typical).
- GIS, water and sewer modeling, and asset management.
