- Collaborate daily with engineering, programming, quality, supply chain, and leadership
- Use to manage RFQs, task flow, priorities, and due dates
- Communicate and coordinate through Microsoft Teams (internal + external)
- Manage and respond through customer portals (uploads, clarifications, revisions, pricing responses)
- Develop Excel‑based estimating models (cost rollups, sensitivity analysis, what‑if scenarios)

- Outside processes (anodize, heat treat, chem‑film, paint, plating, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (structured models, lookups, clean summaries—not just spreadsheets)
- Comfortable working in , Microsoft Teams, and customer RFQ portals
- Able to translate technical detail into executive‑level clarity
- Organized, disciplined, and honest about risk
- U.S. Person eligible for ITAR‑controlled work
- Background as a machinist, programmer, or manufacturing engineer
- Experience with NPI, prototypes, or low‑volume / high‑complexity work
- Project / program management, including direct customer engagement
- ERP‑based routing and costing experience
- Prior support of prime or government RFQs
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience
- Brand‑new, climate‑controlled facility with modern inspection equipment
- Work on high‑visibility, mission‑critical programs
