To design, develop, implement, and evaluate/assess the educational and training programs for an organ procurement organization and tissue recovery agency. To supervise staff and outside instructors related to course delivery. To partner with leaders and subject matter experts to design and implement innovative educational strategies that strengthen training programs and support a culture of continuous improvement. To oversee initial and annual job role competencies, annual training curriculum, and key programs such as simulation-based learning, annual training, intern programs, and Skills Days.
To manage the learning management system (LMS), curriculum design, and competency evaluations, the Manager, Education & Training ensures all training aligns with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational knowledge/change management protocols. Through collaboration and outcome-driven evaluation, to advance organizational proficiency, adaptability, and compliance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other health sciences, instructional design, education, or related field and three (3) years experience in developing education and or training programs, curricula, needs assessments, and competency-based assessments required.
Certification in organizational development, training and development, healthcare education, learning strategy or related field preferred.
