Technical Trainer

My client, a global consulting firm, is looking for experienced Technical Training Facilitators based out of Birmingham, Alabama to deliver ILT sessions and some vILT sessions for an Oracle (CC&B and C2M) implementation for a large organization in the utility industry. This is a full time 1099 contract. The majority of in person training sessions are for a full day, up to 4 days per week, 3 weeks out of the month on average.

All travel expenses to be reimbursed.

• 3+ years' experience in delivering in person technical/system based training (virtual experience strongly preferred as well)
• Must have experience delivering training for utilities clients (if not, must have extensive experience delivering training for Telecom or Internet Service Providers)
• Strong preference for candidates based in Birmingham, Alabama
• Strong preference for candidates with experience training Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, Oracle C2M, or Oracle Service Cloud
• Extensive experience in delivering training both virtually and in person
• Availability & Ability to Travel for Heavy In-Person Delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must be highly flexible and adaptable
• Must be able to work well and collaborate with others
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS in Education or related field and equivalent experience in facilitation of learning is desired

Birmingham, AL (may require light travel to Atlanta for Train the Trainer and meetings)

40 hours/ full-time;
In-Person Delivery- 4 full day training sessions per week, 3 weeks out of the month on average

$60-63/hr as 1099
