Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

Role OverviewAs a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and build an alternative to the traditional construction industry.

Key Responsibilities- Accurately track and manage individual time entries to support project scheduling, productivity, and cost control.
- Develop detailed architectural models and renderings using Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical standards.
- Execute project deliverables as defined by the project lead, meeting established deadlines and quality expectations.
- Support the design and visualization process through precise modeling and rendering, contributing to the development of creative and functional design solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to incorporate feedback and refine models throughout the design process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, or similar design software is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural or design‑focused environment.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and modeling standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
