Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

• 1 year of graphic design experience
• Strong typesetting, layout, photo editing, and color editing skills
• Extensive experience with layout design
• Proficient in Adobe CS, especially Illustrator
• Proficient ability in Vector and Raster Design Software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understand digital printing/sign creation, primarily prepress, and the production process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment
• Knowledge of branding and digital channels, trends, and new developments

• Create designs for projects daily.
• Prepare digital files for production, including file organization, color correction, and image manipulation.
• Deliver proofs and follow up with clients when needed to ensure efficiency.
• Deliver design files and production files on time.
• Lay out design elements, such as text and images, to create visually appealing designs that meet specifications.
• Ensure that designs and files meet quality control standards, such as resolution, color accuracy, and file size.
• Help prioritize design requests daily; this requires communication with account managers and internal team members.
• Work side‑by‑side daily with multiple account managers, focusing on project details and keeping open lines of communication regarding deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that designs meet project requirements.
• Research new ideas, concepts, and reference materials with trade publications.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with internal team members across all departments, including sales, production, installation, and administration.
• Attend meetings and play a supporting role by being on task and contributing.
• Assist in the research of new technology and materials when assigned.
