As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and protecting the relationships that keep our agency strong. You will assist policyholders with coverage questions, policy changes, billing concerns, and claims support — ensuring every customer receives professional, knowledgeable, and caring service.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to existing customers in person, over the phone, and electronically
- Process policy changes such as endorsements, coverage adjustments, , and billing updates
- Assist customers with claims reporting and follow‑up support
- Review policies with customers to ensure proper coverage and identify protection gaps
- Support account retention efforts and proactively reach out to prevent cancellations
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
- Work collaboratively with sales team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Help maintain agency organization and operational efficiency
- Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
- Willing to obtain Property and Casualty license if not already licensed (licensing support provided)
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Problem‑solving mindset with a genuine desire to help others
