This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, located at our Birmingham, AL office. The role involves managing customer inquiries, assisting clients with their personal lines insurance needs, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include reviewing policies, explaining coverage options, ensuring timely follow-ups, and working closely with clients to resolve issues or address questions.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in managing policy details, processing changes, and handling administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for discussing coverage options clearly with clients
• Ability to utilize insurance software and other tools to manage customer information and generate documents
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills to handle multiple client requests and inquiries efficiently
• General knowledge of personal lines insurance policies, coverage options, and industry practices
• Possession of a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related role is preferred
