Dry Cleaning and Laundry Customer Service Representative at Champion Cleaners. We are located in Birmingham, AL and Vestavia Hills, AL, and we offer full‑time positions. Responsibilities include:

• Processing garments into the dry cleaning software system.
• Receiving and completing incoming orders.
• Completing transactions for outgoing orders.
• Recording customer information into the computer.
• Maintaining proper inventory and sorting of items.
• Informing management of shortages or customer complaints.
• Assuming responsibility for all job components from start to finish.
• Responding promptly to customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, retail, or cashier experience preferred.
• Positive team spirit and ability to work efficiently under high volume and time constraints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
