Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and working with technical products in an industrial setting. The role will focus on maintaining and growing distributor and customer relationships, processing orders, and assisting with day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong knowledge of company products and solutions
- Engage with customers and distribution partners via phone and virtual meetings
- Accurately process orders through ERP systems
- Territory Planning for outside sales representatives
- Assist with inventory control and tracking
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools
- Fulfill requests for product samples and literature
- Provide reliable, timely support to ensure positive customer experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with excellent service skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with CRM software solutions
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
