Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication with clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and supporting internal operations to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Provide accurate information and timely assistance to clients
Maintain and update customer records and documentation
