MUST BE LOCAL TO BIRMINGHAM......THIS JOB IS 100% ONSITE.....NO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE.
You will be responsible for receiving customer orders by email, fax, and phone call. You will be setting customer pay schedules, creating work packets for the print manufacturing department, doing order follow up and shipment tracking. You will handle product inquiries, estimates, and quote jobs as needed. You will be working on multiple orders simultaneously, so you must be organized, have a high attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.
This role is responsible for managing the client's need from order entry to invoice. To be successful in this position, you must have some working knowledge of an ERP or CRM software in your previous roles.
