Job Duties:

Act as a customer service representative, maintaining a positive attitude and communicating with the management team. Must have a positive team spirit. Responsibilities include processing garments into the dry cleaning software system, working efficiently to meet high volume and time constraints while maintaining a safe work environment. High standards for quality dry cleaning, laundry and customer service.

• Talks with customers, primarily face to face.
• Receives incoming orders.
• Completes transaction for outgoing orders.
• Records information on the computer for customer service.
• Follows all correct procedures and guidelines.
• Properly inventories and sorts items.
• Immediately informs management of shortages or customer complaints.
• Assumes responsibility for all components of the job from start to finish.
• Responds promptly to customer needs.

• Previous customer service, retail, or cashier experience preferred.
• Physical demands:
  Required to stand, walk, and frequently lift.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
