Customer Service Representative - Remote
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a wide‑ranging customer support initiative for a large federal agency. The position is full‑time and entry‑level, and the base pay range is $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

- Reply to calls and emails from the public
- Use a knowledge base and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to answer customer requests
- Document all communications in the company database
- Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal)
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance (includes credit check and background investigation)
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency navigating a content management system and related web applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, dependability, and time‑management skills
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
- Call center (omnichannel) background a plus
