Compensationπ° Salary Range: $76,000 to $80,000 annually
π΅ Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$105,000 to $109,000 including allowances

Salaried exempt, minimum 50 hours per week - π
Schedule:
Monday through Friday plus project demands - β° Shift: Daytime based on jobsite schedule
- π§³ Regional travel required as assigned
Provides field-level safety execution across heavy civil and early-stage construction projects. This position supports compliance, field engagement, and safety reinforcement rather than leading a full program redesign.
Qualifications- β OSHA 30 preferred
- β OSHA 510 preferred
- β Heavy civil or excavation exposure preferred
- β Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Conduct inspections and field observations
- Reinforce OSHA construction compliance
- Support JHAs and hazard planning
- Lead toolbox talks
- Monitor corrective actions
- Partner with project leadership
- Field-driven leadership style
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented documentation
- Practical compliance approach
Solid understanding of heavy civil safety practices, excavation risks, and OSHA construction standards.
