💰 Salary Range: $76,000 to $80,000 annually

💵 Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$105,000 to $109,000 including allowances

Provides field-level safety execution across heavy civil and early-stage construction projects. This position supports compliance, field engagement, and safety reinforcement rather than leading a full program redesign.

• ✅ OSHA 30 preferred
• ✅ OSHA 510 preferred
• ✅ Heavy civil or excavation exposure preferred
• ✅ Willingness to travel within assigned region

• Conduct inspections and field observations
• Reinforce OSHA construction compliance
• Support JHAs and hazard planning
• Lead toolbox talks
• Monitor corrective actions
• Partner with project leadership

Solid understanding of heavy civil safety practices, excavation risks, and OSHA construction standards.
