A well-established commercial construction organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support projects across Birmingham, Alabama;
Atlanta, Georgia; and Mobile, Alabama. This role is responsible for leading construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to manage complex, high-impact commercial construction projects while working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee all phases of construction to ensure alignment with project objectives, contract requirements, and safety regulations
- Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise
- Manage project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance resolution
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, quality standards, and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
COMPENSATION & LOCATION
- Salary range: $120,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experience
- Positions available in Birmingham, AL;
