THE JOBThe Part-Time Barista will provide exceptional hospitality, quality beverages and products while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and go the extra mile to make their customer’s day with a perfect cup of coffee or beverage.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
· Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards.
· Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
· Refill cold brew kegs as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar
· Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
· Always adhere to proper safety guidelines
· On occasion work overtime for special events
· Assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
· The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
· Prior bartending experience preferred
· Thrived in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working a flexible schedule when needed
· 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred
· Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional manner
· Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness
· Reliable and consistent - Must be available for overtime for special events or meetings
· Professional behavior and appearance at all times
· Ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
