* SUMMARY:

** The QHSE Data Specialist supports implementation of Motion’s Industries, Quality, Health, Safety & environment initiatives by monitoring, evaluating, calculating, and tracking QHSE and corporate responsibility measures within our systems while supporting our internal and external customers through administrative tasks.
** JOB DUTIES
*** Assists with data collection, management, analysis, quality assurance & verification.
* Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regarding data requirements.
* Creates standard reporting and reporting dashboards on a variety of sustainability metrics.
* Assists with program analysis and recommendations for sustainability programs, pilot expansions, and improvements.
* Supports creation of annual sustainability report and carbon disclosure program.
* Compiles retail peer environmental benchmarking data including metrics, emissions reduction efforts and sustainability disclosures.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
** Typically requires a bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sustainability or related field.
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
*** Ability to connect data and create visualizations utilizing SQL, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or other related programs.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to build effective relationships and interact with a variety of individuals and departments.
* Strong project management skills, including time management, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines.
* High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
