Position — Wealth Management Development Program Associate
This program develops an associate talent pool with foundational knowledge of Wealth Management businesses. The associate will participate in activities within Asset Management, Institutional Services, or Private Wealth Management to refine a core set of technical skills for long-term success.
Responsibilities- Participates in a wide range of projects focused on relationship management, portfolio management, research and/or client experience within Asset Management, Institutional Services, or Private Wealth Management
- Gains insight across functions while strengthening core skills and foundational knowledge
- Applies financial acumen and analytical skills to support projects as required by clients or business leaders
- Supports Wealth Management associates in relationship management responsibilities, including interaction with current and prospective clients
- Identifies client needs and learns to recommend Regions products and services or other actionable ideas to help clients achieve goals
- Monitors news, current events, transactions and financial information for clients and prospective clients
- Conducts product, industry, sector and/or client research
- Develops and gathers detailed financial information from clients to assist in underwriting prospective loans
- Prepares written material including pitches, proposals, client materials, and supporting analyses
- Ensures high quality of client deliverables through strong written communication and attention to detail
This position is exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Record of strong academic success
- Previous Regions internship program participant
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Business acumen

- Technical skills

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation ranges are job-specific and provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Pay varies with experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, location, and performance. The following information is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position location and level.
Job Range Target:
Minimum: $45,843.05 USD
Median: $68,030.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
