At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations.
Primary Responsibilities- Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
- Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary
- Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents
- Researches and resolves related issues and general related questions
- Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures
- May provide guidance to less experienced team members
This position requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of operations or related work experience
- Data entry and typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Branch, Operations, or Credit/Debit Accounting Knowledge
Proximity to Hoover, AL required!

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance in the job. These factors vary by individual and pay will vary among associates within the same job.
The target information below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position location and level.
