Job Description:

This position will provide expert-level administrative support to a high-performing team, using 5+ years of experience to streamline operations, strengthen organizational efficiency, and ensure seamless day‑to‑day workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for multiple team members, prioritizing critical tasks and optimizing time management.
  • Coordinate high‑profile meetings, conferences, and events, overseeing logistics, agendas, materials, and follow‑up actions with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prepare, edit, and review advanced documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, using expert-level Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Conduct in‑depth research and data analysis to compile comprehensive reports that support strategic planning and decision‑making.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee expense tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering clear, professional, and proactive communication.
  • Support departmental project tracking, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and administrative activities are monitored and maintained.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
