The Ministry Assistant will provide administrative and preparatory support for the discipleship ministry.
The Ministry Assistant will support community groups and men’s ministry.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Ministry support and preparation under the guidance of the Discipleship Pastor in the areas of records, publishing and preparing content for community groups and leaders, setting up and supporting discipleship space and resource requirements, scheduling training meetings and events, and managing registration for discipleship events
- Work with communications team to ensure the accuracy of details communicated by the church, especially as it relates to discipleship ministries.
- Answer phones and welcome appointments as they come into the church office as needed.
This position demands a person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Supporting the discipleship ministries of the church is heavily task-driven and requires organizational and communicative excellence.
