Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper Office Manager located in Theodore, AL. Responsibilities include managing office administration, overseeing bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial records, and payroll management. The role also involves ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment, providing a high standard of customer service, and supporting overall administrative efficiency.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks to support day-to-day operations
- Experience with handling and maintaining office equipment
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial record reconciliation, and payroll management, is highly desirable
- Proficiency in accounting or office software such as Quick Books, Microsoft Office Suite, and other ERP and inventory management systems.
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
