Position: CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR II

Overview

CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR II - University of Alabama  Department of Neurology's Movement Disorders Division seeks to hire a Clinical Program Director II. The position serves as the primary administrator for the division and provides administrative/operational support to the division and faculty, maintains attending schedules, coordinates non-GME movement disorders fellowship, coordinates clinic closures, and serves as administrative liaison to the Chair's Office.

Responsibilities
  • Processes master template changes, clinic closures, clinic openings, and new provider setup
  • Provides financial oversight and reporting for divisional accounts
  • Staff onboarding and recruitment support
  • Divisional procurement, reimbursements, payables, and routine operating
  • Management of non-GME fellowship program (movement disorders)
  • Administrative liaison to Chair's Office
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Characteristics
  • Clinical scheduling experience preferred
  • Financial oversight experience preferred but not required
Salary Range

$60,835-$98,855

Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Five (5) years of related experience required
  • Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
