Administrative Coordinator (100% ON-SITE) – Downtown Birmingham.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations. If you’re a proactive professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!
- Provide administrative support to teams and leadership.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors and office supplies.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
$38,000 - $45,000 DOE. Eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.
