Credentialing Admin
Motion Recruitment is looking for a Credentialing Admin for a hybrid contract position.
Prior experience in provider offices is required, along with strong customer service skills and an understanding of medical terminology. The role demands excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer tools. Candidates must also pass a typing and basic computer literacy assessment.
Contract: 6 months + (Hybrid)
Responsibilities- Assist with maintaining compliance of regulatory and accrediting institutions.
- Monitor re‑credentials and licenses.
- Support renewal procedures and enrollment application/quality reviews.
- Participate in the development of internal credentialing processes.
- Maintain records of licenses, credentials, and insurance contracts.
- Release information to agencies and members of the public as required by law.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- PC skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with written and telephone correspondence preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
