Administrative Assistant II
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Administrative Assistant II to provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Generation Planning & Development team. This role requires a self‑directed professional with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
The ideal candidate brings 6‑10 years of administrative experience, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and operates with a high level of professionalism and discretion while supporting leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced administrative support to team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflows
- Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical meetings and deadlines
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow‑up actions
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Utilize MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools to support business needs
- Conduct research, data gathering, and report compilation to assist with decision‑making and planning activities
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering clear, professional communication
- Support process improvements and administrative best practices as needed
- 6‑10 years of progressive administrative or executive support experience
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information in a professional environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
