- Partner with Regional Operations Manager on credit-rebill processes and their impact on freight capture.
- Oversee freight charges for North and East Regions, ensuring proper coding and billing in coordination with Sales and Operations.
- Monitor and review freight audit reports for accuracy.
- Support invoice processes by working with warehouse leads across the regions to review freight on purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Operations to resolve freight-related issues promptly.
- Assist with additional projects and initiatives to drive operational efficiency within assigned regions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Good writing and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions/SOP’s
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience preferred
