Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is a privately held investment firm looking for a hands‑on accounting leader — someone who comes to work ready to execute, not just manage. This role owns the close process, financial reporting, and internal controls across multiple entities and investment structures, while also playing a lead role in an active ERP conversion. The right person will be equally comfortable building policy and process as they are rolling up their sleeves and getting the work done.

• CPA required;
  Bachelor's in Accounting required
• Mid‑career profile — someone still hungry and growing into senior leadership
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is a meaningful plus
• Multi‑entity, partnership, or fund accounting experience preferred
