Senior Accountant

Job Summary

• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, recording & reconciliation of fixed assets, information technology, leases/rent, and related accounts.
• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, recording & reconciliation of ongoing facility & information technology projects and equipment purchases
• Ensure proper accounting treatment of all fixed assets, information technology, leases, repairs, and related accounts in compliance with internal policies & GAAP
• Coordinate with IT & facilities personnel to understand current and upcoming projects & provide relevant reporting & data
• Maintain fixed asset, projects and lease details in relevant accounting systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, projections & reconciliations for month-end close, year-end audits, and other requests as needed
• Aid in annual budgeting of depreciation & other fixed asset and/or information systems costs
• Other duties as assigned

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field with relevant accounting experience required

Two - Three years public or private accounting experience required Healthcare experience preferred

Certified Public Accountant preferred Relevant experience to be considered
