Senior Accountant

A growing industrial technology company is seeking a Senior Accountant to support continued growth by owning core accounting functions and helping build more structured, scalable financial processes. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who values accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and related compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate state and federal tax filings and ensure ongoing compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (industry or public accounting)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Quick Books experience preferred)
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working closely with leadership in a growing organization
