Staff Accountant (Full-Time, On-Site)

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; assist with journal entries and month-end close.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, coding, and collections follow-up.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support compliance activities and assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist with tax-related processes and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of accounting or finance experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator who works well in a team-oriented environment.
