Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounts receivable and billing processes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and smooth invoicing operations.

• Generate pre-bills for assigned states/clients
• Submit final invoices in accordance with client guidelines
• Review non-compliant invoices and coordinate with attorney on modification
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Appy client payments accurately and timely to the appropriate matters
• Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and support general accounting tasks
• Othe duties as assigned

• Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in A/R, A/P, or billing roles required
• Experience with e-billing platforms preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
