Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a detail-driven Staff Accountant to support a high-impact equipment finance operation. In this role, you’ll help keep mission-critical financial processes running smoothly across a large, established organization serving the construction and heavy-equipment industry. Your work directly supports teams across the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless equipment lifecycle management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and post journal entries related to equipment transactions
• Process Integrated Rental invoices, hauling charges, and cost transfer requests
• Manage sales orders for invoicing and post related journal entries
• Analyze monthly financial reports and variances
• Support special projects as assigned
• Work across ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics AX, UKG, Excel, and Share Point
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong ERP system experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly adaptable with strong attention to detail
• Trucking, Equipment, Machinery, and Industrial industry experience is a plus

Base Pay Range: $60,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
