We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to support our growing team. This role oversees daily AR operations, billing, collections, and customer setup across multiple branches, and partners closely with branch and regional leadership.

• Oversee cash receipts, payment application, and daily reconciliations
• Prepare and send invoices; maintain recurring billing templates
• Manage customer setups, credit requests, and special billing requirements
• Maintain and submit invoices through billing portals (Yardi, Coupa, Service Channel, Ariba, etc.)
• Lead monthly AR calls and support branches with collections
• Conduct account audits and create custom AR reports
• Support acquisition integrations and train new branch admins

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting preferred (not required)
• 3–5 years of AR or billing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
