• Prepare account reconciliations and record related adjustments
• Provide oversight of Accounts Payable
• Assist with ongoing projects such as cost analysis, contract management, and other financial initiatives
• Calculate and record monthly expense allocations
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and variance analysis; record corrections as needed
• Assess and strengthen internal controls
• Maintain organized, accurate records to support financial audits

• 2+ years of public accounting experience or 4+ years in a corporate accounting environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• Familiarity with accounting systems and IT controls
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
