Location: Northwest (Hybrid work available)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension

• Lead the installation of height safety systems sales.
• Manage and lead a team of three Business Development Managers.
• Represent the company at events, meetings and presentations.
• Sell to property & facility managers, contractors and end users such as schools, commercial clients.
• Set standards and targets for the sales team.
• Monitor and manage a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming tenders.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions for projects.
• Track and follow up on quotes sent by the estimating team.
• Project sizes range from £25,000 - £1m.

• Strong people management experience within sales, sales management or senior sales.
• Experience selling height safety solutions or related industry such as fire, security, lighting protection, electrical.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Hub Spot software.
• Hungry and motivated to succeed.
• Strong computer fluency.
• Confident on the phone with customers.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
