As a Store Manager Designate, you'll step into a vital leadership role, taking responsibility for the overall success of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. Ensuring stock availability, efficient stock control, and accurate pricing. Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries effectively. Managing wage costs, safeguarding company assets, and driving profitability. Maintaining an outstanding store condition, adhering to health and safety legislation and merchandising standards. Setting and achieving sales targets while motivating your team to do the same.
