Wirral / Full Time / £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
An established care provider is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 30 Bed Nursing care service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for high-quality, person-centred care.
Home ManagerRole Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, support and develop a team of Nurses and Carers
- Ensure residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Maintain compliance, accurate records and safe practice
- Promote dignity, independence and choice
- £10,000 annual Manager's Bonus
- 3% employer pension contribution
