Key responsibilities for this Private Client Head of Department opportunity:
Manage a full caseload encompassing probate, estate administration, wills, trusts and Court of Protection matters Provide specialist guidance on complex estates, tax planning strategies and deputyship applications Act on behalf of clients in contentious probate and deputyship proceedings where required Build, maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand and develop the departments client base Specifications for this Private Client Head of Department role:
England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 8 years PQE Experience managing a team or department STEP qualified or working towards qualification Experience handling contentious probate matters Benefits for this Private Client Head of Department vacancy:
