Salary: £38k - £40k plus 25 days holiday and company profit share.

Over the next years, the company requires a Warehouse Manager to upgrade its warehouse set‑up, revolutionise inventory control and implement a new WMS to streamline goods flow from production to end user. You will work closely with the production team to analyse the current arrangements, then develop and roll out a new logistics and warehouse system that works for the whole business.

Once that’s up and running you’ll maintain that, looking for continuous improvements along the way. You’ll be supported by a team of four in the warehouse and will have strong relationships with the Production Manager and senior leadership team. If you’ve managed a manufacturing or production warehouse before, we would love to hear from you. Experience rolling out new WMS and inventory systems would be a bonus.
